Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and modules attached.
Returns are handled through your account. Sign in, open the order, and choose the items you want to send back — we will email you a return authorization and the address.
Orders can also be cancelled for a full refund within one hour of being placed. After that, email info@renaissance-block.com and we will do what we can.
