Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. All prices and shipping charges are in US dollars.

Rates

Standard — $8 (free on orders over $150)
Express — $15

Your rate is calculated at checkout before you pay. Prices shown do not include state or local taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.

Pre-orders

Items in the current collection are sold as pre-orders while the first production run is completed. Payment is taken at checkout and we email you a confirmation with the estimated dispatch window for your order.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched — email us and we will process it. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 30 days of purchase, we will contact you with a revised date, and you may either accept it or cancel for a full refund.

Processing and delivery

Once stock is on hand, orders are prepared for dispatch within two business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. After dispatch, Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days and Express within 1–3.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. We cannot control carrier transit times, weather or other delays once a parcel has left us.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. If tracking has not updated within five business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open an enquiry.

Addresses, lost and damaged parcels

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can usually correct an address before dispatch if you email us quickly; once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and you do not have it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will resolve it with you.
