Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within one hour of being placed. Email info@renaissance-block.com with your order number as soon as possible. After one hour your order enters processing and is treated as final.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 30 days of purchase, we will contact you with a revised date and you may accept it or cancel for a full refund, whatever stage the order has reached.

What we can accept

Items must be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them, with all tags and modules attached and in their original packaging. We will ask for your order number or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, or on items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

Starting a return

Email info@renaissance-block.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and what you would like to send back. We will reply with a return authorization and the address to send it to. Items returned without a return authorization cannot be accepted or refunded.

Faults, damage and wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want, so the size you need is reserved rather than waiting on the return to clear.

Refunds

We will email you once your return has arrived and been checked. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to post it.

Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Original shipping charges are refunded only where a whole order is returned as faulty or incorrect.

Customers in the European Union

Where an order is shipped into the European Union, you have a further right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without giving a justification. The condition requirements above still apply.
